Administrative Assistant (Contracted Role)

What is the role?
DRG is seeking a skilled professional to step in and support our team during a maternity leave period. This temporary contracted role is expected to last around 10 months. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will provide calendar management and administrative support to DRG’s Leadership Team (including our CEO, Partners, and Principals) and work with the team on a variety of administrative projects.
Scheduling and Calendar Management
The Administrative Assistant will primarily manage calendars and scheduling for members of the Leadership Team, coordinating with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders to arrange meetings and handle complex scheduling needs across multiple time zones and high priority projects.
General Administrative Support
The Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative support to our Leadership Team, including maintaining files and formatting documents. You may also support the Operations team by assisting in proofreading and preparing documents.
Technical and Operational Support
The Administrative Assistant will need to have a strong proficiency in:
· Outlook (calendar, scheduling, meeting logistics)
· Teams/Zoom/other conferencing platforms
· Word, Excel, PowerPoint basics
· Using shared drives, OneDrive, SharePoint, or similar systems
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a collaborative team player with at least five years of corporate administrative assistant experience. The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office, communicates effectively, and manages time well. This role requires the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast‑paced environment while partnering with various team members throughout the week. Compensation and Benefits:
This is an hourly, remote contractor position with an anticipated workload of 10-15 hours/week at a rate of $35 per hour. We are looking for a contractor that would be able to distribute the total hours daily over the course of the week.
Location: Location is flexible; our staff work from home offices or shared workspaces near where they live.
