Organizational Strategy

  • Champion care, community, and choice, driving strategies that ensure Triple C’s services promote wellness, recovery, and long-term stability
  • Partner with the Board and senior leadership team to lead a sharpened strategic agenda that balances mission impact and financial sustainability while pursuing targeted, scalable areas of program expansion and growth.

·        In collaboration with finance, oversee the financial strategy, budgeting, annual audits and reporting.

 

Program Operations and Compliance

  • Working with program team, ensure delivery of high-quality housing development and support services across Triple C’s program portfolio.

·        Partner closely with staff to streamline operations and strengthen systems to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. ensure staff are fully supported to focus on high-quality outcomes for individuals and families.

·        Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous evaluation of organizational policies and procedures, including codifying DEI practices and policies across the organization.

 

Staff Management and Board Engagement

  • Further strengthen Triple C’s existing culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and consumer-centered practice.
  • Invest in building and developing a high-performing leadership team, with a strong emphasis on accountability, professional growth, and collaboration.
  • Develop and advance innovative strategies to attract, retain, and support a skilled, mission-driven workforce.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors, supporting strong governance, strategic decision-making and organizational oversight.
  • Support effective recruitment, development and engagement of board members.

 

External Relations and Resource Development

  • Serve as Triple C’s chief external ambassador, strengthening the organization’s visibility, credibility, and presence across the communities it serves.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with government agencies, funders, policymakers, community leaders, and strategic partners to advance Triple C’s mission and influence in supportive and affordable housing.
  • Partner with the Board and leadership team to expand and diversify revenue through public funding, philanthropy, corporate partnerships, and donor engagement.

 

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

 

The ideal candidate for the CEO position possesses the following competencies:

 

 

Additional Qualifications

·        A mission-driven leader with an authentic connection to Triple C’s mission and values, and a deep commitment to working inclusively with special needs populations.

·        Bring at least ten years of senior executive leadership experience in supportive housing, affordable housing development, direct services, or a closely related field.

·        Proven ability to set vision, translate strategy into execution, and align financial, operational, and programmatic priorities in service of mission and impact.

·        Able to balance financial sustainability, compliance, and operational rigor with mission-driven program excellence.

·        A trusted external leader and experienced advocate, capable of building credibility and influence across government, philanthropic, and community ecosystems. Experience working with/in New Jersey agencies (e.g., DCA, DHS) is strongly valued.

·        Excellent team management and delegation skills; strong culture builder; approachable to all levels of staff and nurtures collaboration, accountability, innovation, and professional development.

·        Brings strong board partnership experience, with the ability to recruit, activate and empower board members.

 

 

WHO WE ARE

 

Work Environment

The CEO position is full-time, in person, salaried, and exempt. The position is based at the organization’s headquarters at 1520 US 130 in North Brunswick, NJ, and the CEO is expected to be in office, at programs, or in the community. Flexibility is required for evening and weekend responsibilities as needed.

 

 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

 

Salary: $230,000-250,000
